These terms govern your use of the Seeble website and the Seeble app, operated by Seeble LLC, California, United States. By using the service or by buying access, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
What Seeble is
Seeble produces personalized readings based on astrology, palmistry and the answers you give us, and gives you access to chats with astrologers, tarot readers and psychics. The content is offered for entertainment and self-knowledge.
Not professional advice
Nothing in a Seeble reading or in a conversation with one of our specialists is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not use it as a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Decisions you make based on the content are your own.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use Seeble. You agree to give us accurate information and to keep your account credentials to yourself. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
What you may not do
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, publish or send content that is defamatory, obscene or unlawful, use content that belongs to someone else without permission, copy or resell our readings, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the service for other users.
Prices, payment and your subscription
Full access to Seeble is sold for $67 today, or for $19 today when a discounted offer is presented to you. After the first 30 days, to keep access to the app, the readings and the specialists, you will be charged $9.90 every 30 days until you cancel. Add on offers presented after your purchase are single, non recurring payments.
All prices are in United States dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe under their own terms. The charge appears on your statement as Seeble.
Cancellation
You can cancel the renewal at any time in the app settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
If you feel your reading did not bring you value, write to us at support@seeble.co within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it. Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used. Charges for add on offers and for sessions already held with a specialist are refunded at our discretion.
Content and ownership
The texts, images, graphics and software on this site belong to Seeble or to our licensors. Your reading is produced for you and is for your personal use. You may not publish, distribute or sell it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and we may change these terms, at any time. When we change these terms, we will update the date below. Please check this page from time to time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Seeble is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or loss of profits. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
