Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Seeble collects when you go through a reading, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. Please read it carefully.
Who we are
Seeble LLC, California, United States, operates this site and the Seeble app. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Seeble" mean Seeble LLC.
Information you give us
To build your reading, we ask for your first and last name, the kind of partner you are looking for, your place of birth, your date of birth, your time of birth and your answers to a short set of questions. If you do not know your exact time of birth, we ask four additional questions so we can estimate it.
We also ask for a photo of the palm of your hand. That photo is used only to produce your reading and is deleted right after the analysis. We do not use it as a biometric identifier, we do not use it to recognize you and we do not share it with third parties.
When you buy, we ask for your email address and the name on your card. Your card number, expiration date and security code are entered directly into fields hosted by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, we record technical data such as your internet protocol address, your browser and device type, the pages you open, the time you spend on them and the link or advertisement that brought you here. We use cookies and similar storage in your browser to keep your session working, to remember where you are in the reading and to measure how our advertising performs.
How we use your information
We use what you share with us to produce and deliver your reading, to process your payment, to manage your subscription, to answer your questions, to keep the service working and secure, to comply with the law and to measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who work on our behalf and only to the extent they need it: Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing, analytics providers that help us understand how the site is used, and advertising platforms such as Meta, to which we send a limited, hashed set of identifiers so that the advertising you see is relevant and so we can measure results. We do not sell your personal information.
We may also disclose information when we are required to do so by law, by a court order or by a government authority, or when we need to protect our rights, our users or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchase records for as long as you have an active subscription and afterward for as long as we need them to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. The photo of your hand is deleted right after the analysis.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop using it for advertising. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within the time the law allows. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the reading may stop working if you do.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to request deletion and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date below. Please check this page from time to time so you know where you stand.
